Why I am doing this Blog!

Welcome to Crimsonheart Creations.

Let me start by telling you that I am a semi-amateur crafter.  I have been crafting things for years and I have lots of bright ideas, my biggest downfall is never finishing any of my projects, or when I do, being far too critical of the end result.

I rarely ever use patterns or directions when I craft. That being the case, I probably take the long way around to do things that others could do in much less time. I love to sew, and I do pretty well, as long as the project only calls for straight lines and simplicity.

I've tried my hand at Clay Crafts, Jewelry Making, Sewing, Crocheting and more, and I have very little to show for any of it.

So why a blog? Why would I write a Craft blog when I clearly am not that talented and hardly ever finish what I start?

Well... It is my hope that I can really take my crafting serious, and start some projects and see them through to the end. I would love to be able to keep myself busy and feel productive, but most of all, show some sort of end result.

So what I will be doing on this blog is posting crafting ideas that I have found and want to try, and then posting my results of the attempt, and any twists and spins I might put on them. Maybe I can inspire other people like myself to actually follow through and finish something.

So even if I don't complete it... I will share links to some great easy projects that you can go off and do on your own. I really hope I can keep up with it!
